The three charities benefitting from this year's event will be:
Refresh’s mission is to ensure every child in North Texas has access to essential hygiene items. Good hygiene supports better health, builds self-confidence, and helps children feel positive about themselves. They fulfill this mission through the quarterly distribution of hygiene packs, each containing full-size products designed to last three months. Packs are customized based on age, gender, and specific hair care needs. Currently, Refresh supports over 2,300 underserved students in grades PreK–12 across Frisco ISD, Little Elm ISD, and select Denton ISD, charter, and private schools. please visit the website HERE.
When 5-year NFL veteran David Vobora met U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Travis Mills in January 2014, everything changed. Travis, a quadruple amputee, stepped into David’s gym, and together, they began rewriting the narrative of what was possible for individuals living with life-altering physical and traumatic impairments. Their collaboration sparked a bigger mission: to restore purpose, strength, and hope to others facing similar challenges. That mission became the Adaptive Training Foundation. Since then, ATF has impacted more than 400 adaptive athletes across the country through its cost-free, transformative programming and community. Visit their website HERE
The Network of Community Ministries serves all 14 zip codes within the Richardson Independent School District and is a non‑denominational, community‑based nonprofit whose mission is “to care, coach and empower our neighbors in need as they seek an improved quality of life.”
Rooted in a coalition of local churches, civic groups, and community partners, the organization delivers wrap‑around services that address emergency needs like food, clothing, utility and rental assistance; offer medical and dental vouchers; provide senior support via the Seniors’ Net program; and foster stabilization through case management, job coaching, financial education, ESL/GED classes, and youth enrichment programs.
